Who Am I ?
About Me
I'm a Cloud Support Engineer with 10+ years of experience in troubleshooting and technical support, with the last 3 years supporting enterprise customers in cloud computing environments.
In the most recent year, I have successfuly balanced the demands of earning my M.S. in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance while working full-time. This has been another chapter of my life where I have further honed my time management skills and deepended my technical expertise. Balancing rigorous academic coursework along with my professional responsibilites has strengthened my ability to tackle complex challenges and stay resilient under pressure.
I have the capability to pick up new software platforms/solutions quickly, and enjoy learning new technologies. My current interests include AWS, Cybersecurity, Kubernetes, and anything Linux or Open Source.
This site is built with a combination of the following technologies:
- S3 - for storing and serving static files
- CloudFront + AWS Certificate Manager + Route53 - for DNS, content delivery, and HTTPS
- Python + Boto3 + Lambda + API Gateway + DynamoDB - for the visitor counter (located in footer)
- Git & GitHub Actions - version control and deployment pipeline
